Support: K-12 Policies

The following terms and limitations apply to all secondary schools using SimBiotic Software products.

Classroom License

The software may be installed on up to 25 school-owned computers used by authorized subscribers covered by the single classroom license.

School-Wide Network License

The software may be installed on an unlimited number of school-owned computers, within a single school, used by authorized subscribers.

District-Wide Network License

The software may be installed on an unlimited number of computers owned by authorized schools covered by the district license.

The software may not be distributed to students for installation on personal computers or laptops.

Workbook materials may be photocopied and physically distributed to students for classroom use only. Posting or electronically distributing workbook materials is prohibited.

The software expires per annum on September 15th. Software updates will be distributed in the summer preceding each academic year of the three-year license.

SimBiotic Software products may not be distributed, sold, sublicensed or otherwise transferred any to any third-party.
